Refund Policy

Lots of love, time, and energy is poured into each piece which is intended for you to cherish as an heirloom to be passed on for years to come. Therefore, it is my intention to make sure you are happy/satisfied with your purchase and I am open to repairs due to potential craftsmanship defect but returns/exchanges are not accepted at this time. All sales are final, including gift cards.

Each piece is carefully slow crafted by my two little hands and my hands only. This is the human connection we share and I'm so delighted you find joy in expressing yourself with my creations. Due to the unique quality of each piece, please be aware of the human touch of slight imperfections.

Damages and issues
Please know your ring/wrist/neck sizes before completing your purchase. Be sure to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
