Care

Every jewelry's journey tells a story and all metal will lose it's luster and will tarnish over time. Personally, I find the process allows the piece to become more beautifully unique and refined (just like us). But here are some suggestions to spruce them up, if you wish!

* Cleanse with mild soap and water. Pat dry with a soft, non-abrasive cloth

* Gently use a polishing cloth specifically for jewelry

* Avoid harsh chemicals (chlorine, cleaning solvents, perfumes/lotions, etc) and store in a dry or low humidity environment. Every piece will come with a jewelry bag for safe keeping.

* Be mindful with stones when cleaning or during activities, each one has a different range of hardiness. For instance, turquoise is very porous and has the ability to absorb liquids and chemical products, causing the color to be altered over time.

Chemical Reaction

Everyone's personal body chemistry is different and will respond to metals in various ways which can also be dependent on the surrounding environment at the time. 14k gold fill and sterling silver are the focused materials for my jewelry. Brass is mainly used for hair accessories, bandanna slides, components, and loose bangles. They are not used for ring bands, necklace chains, or earring hooks (anything tightly worn against the skin).
